FAQ

• Wash the frying pan with hot water and detergent to remove dust. Before the first use, dry it and apply a small amount of cooking oil to the non-stick coating. Remove excess oil.
• Wash and dry the cookware after each use.

Please refer to the product packaging or instructions for usage recommendations. Within certain limits, you may use some metal utensils, but knives and whisks are excluded. However, to prolong the lifespan of your frying pans and skillets, we strongly advise against using metal. Choose plastic or wood.

•Use plastic or wooden utensils. Within certain limits, you may use some metal utensils, but not knives or whisks (see usage recommendations in the packaging or product instructions).
•Avoid cutting directly in the pan.
•Do not gouge the non-stick surface. Minor surface marks or wear are normal and will not affect the cookware's performance.
•After cooking, do not let the pan boil dry, nor leave an empty pan on a heated burner.
•Always select the appropriately sized electric burner or adjust the gas burner so that the flame only contacts the bottom of the pan and does not climb up the sides.
•Never leave the pan unattended while cooking.
•Allow the pan to cool before cleaning.

The pan warps under thermal shock (e.g., an overheated empty pan, a hot pan in contact with cold water, or a hot pan placed on a cold surface).
Allow the pan to cool to room temperature before cleaning it.
A warped pan does not cook well.

A frying pan should not be used in a microwave oven.

Based on the range (check packaging), most metal utensils can be used except for knives, forks, and whisks. However, care should be taken when using any metal utensils. Avoid using sharp utensils and avoid cutting directly in the pan. Do not pierce or gouge the non-stick surface.

To extend the lifespan of the coating, use a small amount of oil when stirring or grilling. You don't need oil when boiling or stewing.

Exercise caution when placing the pot on the gas burner, as the number of support legs varies, especially smaller pots may require a tripod. Most gas burner manufacturers will provide a tripod with the burner, or it can be purchased separately from the manufacturer.
