On April 26, 2023, our company organized a fire safety training and emergency evacuation drill for the first half of 2023, tightening and solidifying fire safety responsibilities at all levels, strengthening fire safety measures, and continuously strengthening the foundation of fire safety management.

　　The training included a fire accident warning education film, allowing employees to have a visual understanding of the ferocity of fires and thus improving their fire safety awareness. Staff detailed how to handle various fire emergencies in the workplace and at home, covering initial fire suppression methods, fire prevention, escape and self-rescue in a fire, how to correctly dial 119 to report a fire, how to operate fire-fighting equipment, and how to self-check and rectify fire hazards.
　　After the training, a simulated fire emergency drill was conducted. Upon receiving a fire report, the company's volunteer firefighters, logistics support team, and evacuation guidance team members performed their respective duties, following the predetermined drill procedures and fire emergency plan. Management personnel quickly rushed to the fire site to check the fire situation and conduct simple initial fire suppression. Management teams guided employees to escape using emergency escape routes. Under the command of evacuation guides in the workshop, employees quickly and orderly evacuated from the nearest safe passage exits. Within 2 minutes, dozens of people near the fire origin were safely evacuated and gathered at the fire safety evacuation assembly point. Finally, through the joint efforts of the company's employees, the "fire source" was successfully extinguished, ensuring the safety of the company's personnel and property, and the drill was a complete success.

　　Through this fire emergency drill, our company tested the ability of fire emergency rescue personnel to properly handle emergencies and the self-prevention and self-rescue capabilities of employees. At the same time, through the drill, employees participating in the evacuation drill became more familiar with the evacuation skills and basic methods in the event of a fire accident, enhancing employees' fire safety awareness and ability to correctly handle emergencies.
